Who We Are
Tradehusband Remodeling is a referral service. We help homeowners find independent local providers for bathroom and kitchen remodeling. We do not do the remodeling ourselves. The providers in our network do the work.
Why We Exist
A remodel is a big step. It costs real money. It changes your home for years. A mistake can mean leaks, mold or repairs that cost more later.
We believe a job done right protects the home, its value and its future sale. So we focus on getting you to providers who take care with the details.
How Providers Are Matched
You tell us about your project. We point you to a provider in our network who serves your area and handles that kind of work. Bathing-area projects are a common fit. These include tub and shower conversions, walk-in tubs and walk-in showers.
Small repairs and mobile homes are usually outside what our providers take on. We would rather say so up front.
What We Expect From Providers
We ask providers in our network to be honest and clear. Here is what you should be able to expect:
- A written quote that lists the scope of work
- Clear talk about permits and inspections
- Plain answers about materials and timing
- Respect for your home while they work
Do ask each provider to show proof of their own license and insurance where your area requires it. Do not rely on us to vouch for it. Check it yourself.
What We Do Not Do
We do not install, repair or build anything. We do not set prices. We do not sign your contract. Your agreement is with the provider you choose.
We also do not promise a result. Costs and timelines vary by job. Get a written quote before you agree to anything.
After the Work Is Done
A new finish needs care. Seal grout when the provider says to. Wipe down wet surfaces. Keep fans and vents working. Watch for soft spots and small leaks. Maintain the finish and it will last longer.
How We Are Paid
Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when we connect them with a homeowner. You do not pay us to be connected. The price of your project is set between you and the provider.
